My Samsung note 10 plus will turn off it's screen during a call and doesn't on back automatically after ending the call...only the power button helps to screen on
Why that happens??
Anyone have any idea??
Or anyone else having the same problem?

Maybe its an issue with the proximity sensor, my friend also had similar, but for a different model. Do you have issues like while hearing to WhatsApp voice messages, your screen goes off or something like that?

I think it has something to do with the sensor, don't thinks its any sort of software bug. Try going to a service center, they will find whatever the issue might be.

My Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus does not turn off the screen while Calls are being made through Bluetooth Audio or Loudspeaker, even when the phone is kept upside down or inside pocket or anyplace where the proximity sensor is covered. Please let me know if this is normal or not. However, whenever Im placing a call normally through earpiece, then the sensor turns the screen off when placed near my ear. Please let me know how to activate this feature when the call is made through Bluetooth or Loudspeaker.
