Is turning off phone daily during night good or bad?

yaaa actually it does it automatically to save battery or for some other reasons like if it faces some issues in the software.. so during that time it cures it

instead of turning off daily at night
you can schedule your phone restart in automatic restart menu.and just select the time and day when when you want to restart your phone automatic
ex:Sunday,2:00am

it is good you can do it daily

It will be good for a long run but it is not mandatory but try to restart everyday
