poor camera quality note 10plus

Anyone facing poor camera quality for note 10 plus  after recentos upgrade?,I feel s10 plus camera more better than note

Completely agree..after watching pics in the gallery section, I feel my S10+ camera is far better than note 10+..but all models of Samsung struggles to take a good quality pictures in artificial or low lights, even S10+..and there is no software update to fix this important issue..

ya.. the picture quality of photo taken from Note 10 plus is poor after the update.. hope we get the fix soon. The battery is also worse now

Hi there,

Kindly follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue in your device.
- Check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity).
- Turn on the Auto Flash .

- Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).
- Perform the reset settings of the camera (camera>>setting>>reset setting).

- Check the Software update via FOTA or SMART Tool.
