go to general management select reset
once factory reset clear cache
just try it once

see if this occurs in safe mode
try safe mode
go to date and time in settings and set your time zone and time format again
unselect and reselect
before factory reset try reset settings

ie problem nehi jayega jab tak aap phone ko ekbar reset nehi karenge...koi settings koi method work nehi karega exept a perfect factory reset....this is software glitches bro
