Galaxy NoteHi there,
To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
1) Settings > Software Update > Download and install.
2) We recommend our users to check for the software update with the help of Smart switch PC Suite as well. You can download the application from the below link:

3)If you purchase your device from out India kindly coordinate with that country support. To find the contact details you visit the below-mentioned link:

Note: Don’t disconnect your mobile phone from PC at the time of software Installation.
Also, kindly take device data back-up before updating device to keep your data safe.
Data Back Up Process via Smart Switch Mobile App (Data Back up in phone memory card):
Install Smart Switch App from Google Play Store > Open Smart Switch App > Click on Memory Card Icon > BACK UP option > Choose the data for Back up > BACK UP
