Is there a way to capture fast moving objects with not 10 plus?

How can I fix red eye?

Use Sports mode.... it will allow you or automatically adjusts it's auto focus to the moving object

There is no sports mode option in note 10 plus.

my S9 has ...so i thought note 10 being more recent model would have that....

Bro, open image in gallery and tap on edit pen>here at the bottom>slide till last and slect lady like icon>here you will find an option to remove red eyes
