note10 plus audio distortion

Note10 plus making annoying audio distortion whenever i connect my bluetooth speaker and usb c AKGearphones...

Does anyone else have the same problem?

Hi mate. I was having the same issue. I switched off adaptive sound within the sound settings (advanced sound settings - sound quality and effects - adapt sound). Seemed to get rid of the distortion. Hope this helps.

the reason i found out is that note10 doesn't support m4A codec...it does support mp3 only...which is really disappointing
