might be a minor issue with your device... get it checked at the nearest service center. i have used samsung heartbeat monitor since s7edge. s8 edge s9plus and also in note8. its perfect. it might be an error or minor issue you can get it checked at the service center. if you firthur need assistance feel free to comment down.
btw. please check the diagnostics on the samsung members app which can detect issues if you have on the device regarding any sensors.
Thanks.. checked their too..all sensors non operation..visited service centre also. they want to open it. I m not ready for that. also plz search on web..it's known issue with this mobile..
