Security patch updates are very late for note 9. April 2019 is ending and yet no updates. Do flagship phones get such treatment. Other brands get regular software and security patch updates.  Why is Samsung always late in delivering the goods?????

yes... I agree with you. If security update for April'19 was getting delayed, Samsung should have come up with a small note for keeping us updated and informed.
