Hey Samsung India

Today 2 months have been completed
Your last update was on 16th March 2019 and today is 16th May 2019. But note 9 users have not got even a single update in these intervals.  Hope this interval will continue a long.
No more Samsung anymore.
Thank you so much for treating flagship user like this.

Thanks.

Agreed, US users have received April update along with camera improvements while the Indian version is stuck on March

Since last few days, so many users are raising questions relating to its April secutiry patch update in India. But Samsung is not even bothered to atleast issue some notice to keep us updated on latest developments. Atleast they can inform us why update is getting delayed. Only Indian users are being neglected in providing timely updates.

yes right. but they don't care about their customers, they just prefer in selling products not on the service.

This is the 1st time I bought Samsung Flagship phone and really I am having a very sour experience. Will never buy a samsung device again.

never purchase any Samsung product. it really needs to be boycotted in India. seriously it really chucks after purchasing such costly phone.

they will only understand once we boycott their products. They just aim at earning profits from Indian market. They hardly bother on after sale service. Being a flagship device, I haven't even thought of such poor service.
