How can I enroll for Note9 android pie. There are no banners or links in notice section. Am i too late to participate?? Help me

you're too late for it. Registrations for beta Version is over as it was for limited number of users based on 1st come 1st serve... but don't worry .. ull receive the global release version that will come by this feb or march or even early
