Everybody here in India is on March Security Patch only with N9... Hopefully we may get Latest Update (One UI 2.1) with Security Patch Very Soon in this month Itself...

note 9 may receive one ui 2.1 directly

I just installed it about 10 minutes ago. I have the unlocked Note 9. No UI 2.1 in this update like the buzz I'm seeing on the web (the two are apparently coming bundled at least in Germany). So, I'm thinking it's safe to say there is no fix for the AA issue in this update (cannot send or reply to texts, get a voice prompt about internet connection issue - known bug). I'm in the US.

Update: for anyone interested. Google came out with an AA update (dated 6/14/20) that I installed yesterday but did not fix the previously mentioned issues either.
