Clear the cache. If you are lucky the problem will be resolved.

Hey try using the camera app in pro mode hope that buzzing sounds away..

It's a hardware issue you may need a camera module replacement

Flash the ROM using Samsung download mode ( Samsung odin ) or visit service center if you dont have the stock rom in hand
