what the hell is going on.....where are the update for note 8 oreo version....u should first release update for note 8 not for s8 and s8+.
It is glad to say that samsung does not think about customers it only wants big selling in it phones....bt u also need to see that u should be providing right thing at right time....its very long and we are not getting updates its disgusting.

If you would check out the new Galaxy S9 and S9+ and its cool new features, they've added alot more to the software than the hardware.
They wanted to introduce everything with it. Sooner or later we will get oreo but hope we get the best new features as well.
Happy with Samsung's decision.

yes. all lower price phones like pixel & 5t also getting oreo update. but this big name brand "SAMSUNG" not providing us the update. why we people watse lot's of money in these phones? which customer care service executive never know about software update. never know in entire life. why they seat there? i am very frustrated guy
