Nope... It's depends on the usage... I think last 28 min.. U didn't use mobile right?
That'swhy it shows that much battery life (it will come 22 hours as like used as last 28min)

Means if i dont use my mob thn that left time can increase, because i saw on some utube review that on 60% battery and left time was 64 % or more than 50% , but in my case on 99% and left time is 22hrs
