Galaxy note 4 will not receive Nougat update

No way for Note 4 getting N OS. Nougat OS need complete integration of 64 bit SoC which note 4 fails.

when I purchased note 4 it was with Android 6.0.1.

I was informed that one more android update will be available for my note 4.

I am waiting for the update.
