ab inbuilt nahi hai to 3rd party app se hi kaam lena hoga but usse fir ads bhi aayega kuch app hai hide notch, round corner is type ka but wahi hai download inbuilt to ab koi option nahi rha

Bro, pls do manually check for the update...as we got UI3.1 on 25th Feb in Delhi on Airtel network...

See attached pic bro, I updated the UI 3.1 on 25th of Feb..
My network service provider is Airtel.

And to add, I manually checked the Software Update available for my device, by going on settings then click Software Update then Download and Install...

Can you share the screenshot and also share which network service provider you have..

Bro there seems to be an issue with your device...as I can see that you have got no update after Dec 2020...Ideally you should get monthly security update for Note10Plus device...
Try to install the update through Smartswitch app with laptop/computer...or visit service centre...
