note 10 plus phone not super fast charging

My note 10 plus is not super fast charging

My port is clean as Crystal and

My USB connects to laptop without any problem to transfer file

I have factory reset the file....

For me it shows super fast charging only. check your charger and cable..

I have tried it with my fathers s10 lite...it fast chargers that phone...not mine

then it will be the port issue. check with service center

go to settings>device care> battery> charging and check if fast cable charging is turned on
