note 10 lite issues

I recently bought note 10 lite (less than 10 days)

I am having following problems with this phone

1) Face unlock is slow

2) Fingerprint does nt get recognised

3) Predictive text doesnt appear

4) most annoying is while charging touch doesnt get recognised

All latest updates are installed and still these issues are present. Someone let me know how these can be resolved
