not getting incoming calls in note 9

Guys I am not getting any incoming calls to my note 9 phone , but getting message alerts of missed call service 
Any one know the issue exactly 
.I did factory  reset for 2 times and safe mode also 
But no use

turn off voLTE. and enable 3g only

It might be your sim problem

changed jio sim twice and they said there is no problem with sim
and I used sim in other phone. it's working fine..

Please provide a screenshot of your "Mobile Network" in settings for analysis.
