Hello Samsung
I'm using Galaxy note 10 lite and the phone is actually really good except for two issues.
1. The network In this phone is very slow compared to the other mobile in this segment. I would request you to solve this problem in the next update
2. battery life is pretty good but not up to the expectation.

I would stress more on improving the network issue in this phone.

Hi Samsung

2 very common issues with Note 10 lite:-

1. Fingerprint and Face Scanner not good. Both would work fine immediately when configured but would not able to read in like a week's time. 

2. It is not able to latch on to better network site. I have Oneplus 6 and when i am using the same simcard in that phone at the same location it latches on to better network signal and gives better data speeds. 

Hope this feedback helps in resolving the issues.

I am facing very big network problem. I have used my same sim in vivo mobile on same location but it works very fast. very poor quality of network of Samsung Note10 lite.

I have network issue in samsung galaxy nite 10 lite. Network signals are poor. I have both jio and airtel but none of them are working fine where as previously on my asus zenfone 5z both worked like a charm on same location. It is a bad experience on 40k phone.

I am facing NO network issue with well maintained galaxy Note 10 lite. went to service station and I have been told to replace mother board which costs 12K INR. I never faced such quality issue in other galaxy phone. Its a really low quality product from Samsung in the name of Premium Note series.

Despite being a dual standby phone it always say that the second sim is either switched off or out of service area.
