Dual Sim not working

Hi Guys

I am not able to find Second sim while calling, after I got update i can't find the way to select second sim.

Does any one facing the same issue,

Take you both sims out, insert again , restart phone and try.

Sim 2 most of the times is identified as out of service area or being swtiched off. What is the point of the dual sim dual standby phone if the second sim is not allowed to take calls?
