Galaxy NoteHi there,
Cases with magnetic closures or clasps can cause interference with S Pen recognition.
If the pointer appears on screen, but no touches are recognized or a great deal of pressure is required, the tip may need to be changed.
Please perform following steps to resolve the S-pen issue:
• Try it with another compatible device
• Reset the S pen( Settings > advanced feature > S pen > three dots > reset S pen)
• Check issue in the safe mode.

Galaxy NoteThank you so much, I was looking for solution for the same issue and that is right the magnet case cover is the cause, I removed it and worked normally.
