Hi...same thing happens to me and I have got my handset replaced but again same problem with the new device. I have lodged a complaint with samsung, Lets c if I will receive any positive feed back. It is irrelevent reason to say all edge devices have this issue, Then what is the use of making edge device if there is such a manufacturing defect.
