keys cafe doesn't work on note 20 ultra

i have installed the samsung keys cafe on my note 20 ultra SM-N9860, even if i try to configure the keyboard it doesn't work, no effects are working. i have already tried clearing the cache and app data. The applications are up to date, anyone else facing this issue

I have note 20 ultra and now the S23Ultra and both have the same problem. The app is not in the store (China) and if I install it from a different source it does show the options but it doesn't change the visuals or the organization of the keys. Hopefully soon we can get support/upgrade/this function.

I have been using Note 20 and somehow Keys Cafe stopped working recently :(
I  don't know why or what happened
