I am trying to download a ticket from IRCTC App.. When I am trying to download I am getting a message that "Ticket cannot be saved without storage permission"
I need to know how to give storage permission to the App..

Go to Settings > Apps and search the 'IRCTC' app from the apps list, open it and tap the 'Permissions' option and check that the 'Photos and videos' option is allowed or not...
