I am using note4 4 handset since 2 years. 1. am finding lot of hanging problems. 2. many times handset gets switched off even at 15% of battery charge available.
even after regular software and application updates.
I even have not been using external memory other than inbuilt.
am bit dissatisfied and disappointed with the performance this SAMSUNG device. as I have invested INR58000 on belief that I could use the device for atleast 6 to 7 years.
now I dont know how much I could get if I exchange.
if this is the scenario of all SAMSUNG devices what is the point in spending hard earned money on these POOR devices.
I would appriciate if any one of Samsung team members can contact me and solve my problems.
