face recognition problem

Iam facing a face recognition problem on my galaxy note 10 plus. Itz been unlocking with every one's face when they are blinking their eyes.

Kindly re-configure your face in a well-lit area and make sure the camera lens is clean when registering.

If the issues are not resolved, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app >> click on “+“icon > send feedback >> error report / ask question).
