My display becomes dead or blank often and phone hangs a lot.neither back button or power button works.tried factory reset,hard reset ,safe mode etc.nogo. then have to charge my phone then the display turns back on.i normally have a charge left of 40 + in my mobile.it happens quite often after the update or patch rollout.any info. I do not have any third party app or antivirus software installed. No memory card etc.
can be a battery issue or os issue . try flasing os at service centre , if doesnt solve this issue , it can be hardware failure. some s8 s had this issue due to sd cards
