Galaxy NotePlease find attached herewith ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SERVICE REQUEST this is cancelled in que for the 2nd time for a small part of my phone
i have complained many times and also contact with customer care in 5 to 7 time but not solve my problem yet this is not good for Samsung market
and also west of money
My Phone = Note 10 Lite
problem = Damage of LCD Screen part not available any service centre near by my city

A word of advice, next time, don't reveal your personal details like name, phone number, address and email on a public forum. Putting your phone serial number is not good either. There is so much that can be misused.
What is the exact part required and what is their explanation as to why it's not available? If it's a display part, you likely need to replace your LCD, which is not cheap. What exactly are they saying?
