Good morning. Charging information on the lock screen is not being displayed even though I have enabled it. Please suggest

I have the same issue after coming back from service center. I had a loose volume button on my Note 10 plus. After fixing the button, service center updated my phone to August security patch and since then I am facing same issue like yours. Cant see the charging information after switching off AOD option. contacted Samsung helpline who first got my settings reset and now suggested me to factory reset my phone. this should be fixed by Samsung in form of a patch instead of forcing its users to go in loops of taking backups, factory resets and restore cycles.
