camera issue

Friends my note 9 camera performance got very worse. While we take photos with the presence of flash light right side image get blue shadow. I send feedback and error log they send some guidance but still it remains

very simple get it checked with Samsung support... they will fix it remotely... it's an software glitch I guess. if not then they will sort it out with their professional

i also facing same issue. visited samsung care and they just gave me an excuse that ota updatw might have not competed correctly and so the problem, it was just an adhoc, meaningless response. they installed os from their system but still issue persist. going to visit again. Said that note 9 camera is not upto mark...it had vibration issue earlier and service center replaced it, hope it is not and compatibility issue between the replaced camera and software update.

just clean your camera window with pure cloth then take a photo . now see the better result

service centre technician said it's a camera window problem clean the window else change it
