I have been using Note 5 aingle SIM for 1.5 yrs. And very recently for last couple of months am facing a strange problem where my camera crashes when my battery is below 40%. I cleared cache and tried resetting my device to factory defaults but still the problem occurs. This is really strange that's happening in flagship phone.

yess this happened in my grand prime... also.. what i did is.. factry reset wil not help.. i got it done by downgrading the firmware.. via odin.. pls bckup ur data first.... nd than it stared wrkng aftr that u can apply nrmal ota updates.. or u can simply go to srvc cntre n get it done..
downgrading is as simple as upgradng via odin.. just in dwngrde case.. once ur phn stucks on boot logo.. rmv battry nd go to recovery n do a hard reset frm there... 😎
still do at ur own risk...

"Thank you for sharing your concern. Let me recommend some steps to further isolate and determine what you are experiencing. Please be aware that device speeds may vary based on multiple outside factors.

1) Check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity)

2) Turn on the Auto Flash (If Available in the Device)

3) Reset the Camera (From the Camera Setting)

4) Software update via FOTA,Kies or SMART Tool".
