Though earpiece volume has been set to maximum but call volume is very low during call hence i have to use my loud speaker to understand the voice in the call

- Settings>>Sounds and vibrations>>Sound quality and effects>>Adapt sounds>>Disable the presets.
- Settings>>Accessibility>>Hearing>>Mute all sounds>>Enable and disable.
There may be issue with the network which cause in call quality.
- Check by using any other SIM card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Kindly go to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset network settings.
