Though earpiece volume has been set to maximum but call volume is very low during call hence i have to use my loud speaker to understand the voice in the call

There may be issue with the network which cause in call quality. - Check by using any other SIM card. - Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode. - Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE). - Kindly go to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset network settings.
