beware of samsung phones who are buying on emi option

Hi i am a user of samsung galaxy note 9. I buyed my phone in january on emi from credit card from samsung smart cafe store. So i was given in printed slip from samsung that your emi for 9 months is activated. But in reallity they didnt do the emi and the whole amount was deducted from my account without informing me. And samsung is not solving my problem till date. So i request to the people who are buying samsung phones on emi that please be 100% sure about your emi done. This a cheating which is done to me. So beware in future.

the bank will deduct the whole amount

the bank will block your card limit by full amount and when the bill generate it will show installment amount.

first bank will deduct full amount ..then it will be converted to emi ..and your credit limit will be restored
