There are Lacs of S9 series phones in India that's why Samsung is taking time for makings updates for so many phones

mr. donu samsung only makes 1 software for a specific region as every s9 have same hardware. all the updates are region specific. samsung made update for uk and other countries and is probably build 1 single update for india which will ne rolled out to all the indian region specific device. so that's not the reason for being late

if there's lacs of phone in India, do they make different software for every users?
the build will be same for every exynos user. Carrier config files are also included same in every exynos irrespective of country
