battery performance

poor battery performance.. battery starts draining immediately after charging completes. and it also drains almost 2 to 3 percent in 10 15 minutes without even using.. considering no backfround activities ongoing..

i dont think samsung would TAKE BACK once more.. and replace customers' note 8 with a new note8 provided with a bigger battery..

This a global problem now with Indian users also facing Note 8 battery issues as well phone freezing while using certain applications such as Phone dialer, Microsft excels etc. Hope Samsung pays attention to its Indian customers also, just US forums are paid attention.

it's with s8 model also. and batter draining immediately after charging because of system ui and the os taking the battery

Note 8 is worsed to perform for battery drainage.... and company is least bothered about it...

sir/madam.. the list given on that page has general instructions not relevant to actual issue..
what actually is an issue is that the battery is small compared to the task it has to perform on daily basis and the screen it has to lit on daily basis..
and afterall what is the point of using such a high end device when u have to do only one thing.. KEEP SHUT EVERYTHING.. REDUCE BRIGHTNESS TO MINIMUM AND PUT YOUR PHONE ASIDE IN A CORNER. AND JUST LOOK AT IT.. AND ENJOY..
a phone like note 8 must be capable enough to run the whole day on a single charge with atleast 40% battery at bed time.. which is there in so many devices..
but right now if you wanna keep going with your note 8 u need to chrge it atleast three times a day..
