What's the use of app lock after minimizing app. And I'm not getting how to use it also.

this app lock is to lock the recent tab means if you want that app shouldn't be closed in background then you can use this feature

Just tap on it..now close your recent tab, you will see app which was locked by you still appears in the recent tab

This option will lock your app into the memory so that it won't get killed even if the system or you close the app from the RAM. It comes in handy when you have multiple apps open and you have to keep a particular app in the memory and personally, I use this function a lot when I go for jogging, the Runkeeper app, and Google podcast will be always pinned to the memory.

if you lock that app then it will not clear from recent button of navigation bar... if you unlock it then it will be cleared..this phenomena added to overcome accidental clear all page from recent button

This is doesn't work. Apps get clear from recent apps even after it is being locked.
I may be wrong. But it's not working in my phone.
