My note 9 is purchased from United Kingdom and now using in India. My service provider SW ver ends in INS/INS/XEU. So will get updates ? Update kese mileage guys any idea
Hi dear, if the phone is purchased from UK, samsung members app will connect to UK community. I think the CSC of your device is changed and that's the reason your device is now connecting to Indian forum. Chances to get OTA updates are less if the CSC is changed with out changing the PDA. If you want to get update, you have to manually flash the device with Indian firmware (if available for your device model) or otherwise change the CSC back to UK version by dialing *#272#device imei# and select the UK CSC. Once you select it phone will factory reset and you will get OTA updates.
