Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:

Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

Kindly turn off the smart features of the device and other connectivity features when not in use, which will eventually help you to reduce battery power consumption (smart features such as Motion gestures in advance feature and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, etc.).

Please follow the below steps:
1. Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel.
2. Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile hotspot, NFC, etc. to turn off.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).

On my Note 10 Lite, my notification panel (the top bar and the quick settings) goes funny after a while. When this happens, if someone calls me then the phone rings (sound) but nothing comes up to answer, there is no notification, just sound, so i can't answer. I've only noticed this when using the Google Phone app as the default phone app and not the Samsung stock phone app. The same if I use the Google Clock and set an alarm, there is sound but nothing to dismiss. So I've reverted to using the stock apps.

However, the notification panel still goes funny. When this happens (whether Google apps are installed or just stock apps are installed) I also can't check or uncheck any of the quick setting buttons. Sometimes a reboot fixes the problem and sometimes not. Sometimes it takes a couple or even a few reboots before the phone is normal again.

My 4G and WiFi also stop working sometimes when the notification panel starts acting up, but not always and not always at the same time, sometimes either 4G or WiFi and sometimes both together or sometimes they both work. Just random, but only when the notification panel is acting up.

I've factory reset the phone after the update but still the same.

This update sucked. My phone has been quite unusable after this update, I hope it gets fixed soon.
