Yello Tint / Screen Discoloration

Hi guys,

Is anyone of you facing the facing this Yellow tint on the display of your Note device?

I started getting this weird yellowish tint from this month of September, 2021 on my Galaxy Note 9. 

Took it to a nearest service center and without any inspection they said I need to change the display which is going to cost me around 16000 INR.

Did anyone face this issue and could you guide me on what to be done in this case.

Yes its a common issue and Samsung wont address it. Try to convince the service centre it happened because of update.

I tried talking to them and they dont even bother to listen

Just go to service center diagnosis your devices they will tell you the cause and the amount for repair . just refuse any amount to pay ask them the job sheet then mail it at ceo desk with proper explanation. they will contact in 2-3 working !

This issue is known to occur in samsung devices since a long time. They haven't done anything yet to prevent this from happening.

You will have to replace the display according to samsung.
Never choose samsung again.
