Wifi issue with some samsung apps

Today facing issue with WiFi connection issue with samsung apps like Galaxy store,  clock, One UI home. When I open galaxy store it shows error and of I check about clock, about ONE UI it shows RETRY( unable to connect with wifi). 

There is no issue with my wifi connection, also other apps like playstore, YouTube, prime all working fine with wifi. I even reset app preferences and reset network settings 

Is anyone facing issue like this?

That's correct. Some ISPs have some weird rules where they block many IPs.
