When does the delivery of Note 10 lite start?

I have pre booked the Note 10 lite but there seems to be no concrete word about when its deliveries are beginning. Some sources online and the dealer where I booked stated that it will be available from 3rd Feb. I remember seeing the same date on the pre booking page that went live on Samsung website. But I haven't received any word from the dealer since on when can I collect the device. Maybe the Ambassadors and the members who attended the preview can provide some confirmation?

it will released partially by 3rd Feb Evening most probably.
you can collect it from 4th February.
