WhatsApp Notification Issue

I am facing a Issue on my newly purchased Galaxy Note 10, that WhatsApp call notifications are not coming on the screen. Can anyone help resolve it.

Open WhatsApp>click at 3 dots>now select settings>select notifications>open it>here enable pop up notifications>always show pop up(both for messages and groups)..

Thanks, but as it states these are for message and groups, will it work for call? let me see outcome and confirm back...

Bro, if nothing works, then contact WhatsApp because there is some issue going on with the whatsapp..
or
perform reset apps prefrences(settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select reset apps prefrences)
