I am using galaxy note 8 for more than a year now. Once the phone fell in a bucket of water in the washroom but nothing happened. This is because of the IP68 water resistant. From then onwards I decided that I will buy only Samsung premium phones! I just love Samsung!

it's not that great, my S10 had problems with moisture in the camera due to not so heavy rains

maybe my experience is different but yeah isn't ip68 supposed to keep moisture from entering the godamn camera

bro try not use phone under water all times better not to use them in water

yeah noted, however I only used it in rain and Mumbai rains usually aren't so extremely bad

my A7 2017 also got moisture when it fells into water but in summer it dries very fast.

well but there's no way I'm satisfied with a month old phone which got like this just in rain, forget a swimming pool or something

it's more like IP negative in fact, the idiot technician opened up my phone and he was like "sir a capacitor got fried, we need to change the motherboard- in fact he wasn't even pointing at a capacitor, imagine trying this to a customer learning electronics engineering. **bleep** I told him not to replace anything, he just dried the moisture using a heat gun, even during this he somehow managed to get 2 or 3 small dust particles between the camera lens and the back glass. Luckily for me it's not very visible and the phone (including the camera is working great)
