WORST SERVICE CENTER EXPERIENCE

i book my appointment of 28th aug at 10am 

And it was 5 km from my home the nearest one

And when i reached to service center it was closed

I daw a guy who was going to center and i asked him when it will open he said today is closed come Tomorrow at 10.30 am i was furious but didn't say anything to that guy 

At the time of appointment it was mentioned that it is open 

How pathetic experience it was
