Video stabilization is grayed out even though tracking autofocus is turned off

it is for the front camera not for the rear camera if you switch from quad hd to full hd the video stabilizing will green again

Video Stabilization only work with FHD 1920×1080.
And only when Tracking Auto-Focus is turned off as both are mutually exclusive.

Mind you, the 'Video Stabilization' option that gets greyed out is only the software stabilization and not the hardware one. The hardware one is active all the time
