I using samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5G,but can't support jio5G in my divice please help

Samsung is working rigorously to release Software Updates on all eligible devices. Most of the 5G devices will get Software Update to Enable 5G Services as soon as possible. Please stay tuned for the update.

* As of 11th Jan 2023, S/W (FOTA) is released for following device models.

* Galaxy Z Fold4 5G, Galaxy Z Flip4 5G, Galaxy Z Flip3 5G, Galaxy Z Fold3 5G, Galaxy Z Fold2 5G, Galaxy S22 5G, S22+ 5G, S22 Ultra 5G

* Galaxy S20 FE 5G , A73 5G, M53 5G, F23 5G , A52s 5G, M13 5G, A22 5G, M32 5G, Galaxy A33 5G, Galaxy M33 5G, Galaxy A53 5G, Galaxy Tab S8

* Galaxy S21 FE 5G, Galaxy S21+ 5G, S21 5G, S21 Ultra, Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G, M52 5G, M42 5G, M23 5G, F42 5G

* Samsung is working closely with our operator to release 5G SW for remaining devices for Non Standalone Network (Ex. Airtel) & Standalone NW operators (Jio).

* Please regularly check & update the device software. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTQF3mH6yFg

* Software update only enables the device. Actual experience will depend upon Operator network. Please check with your Telecom operators for Network Availability in your respective area.

Do You guys have any project planning or just do it on the fly! It has been more that 1 year You have sold Samsung note 20 ultra 5G and 3 months have passed since JIO has launched 5G in India and You are still giving VAGE response ASAP. Is this how SAMSUNG works? Better pass on this message to your management that should be ready to face the legal consequences for cheating customers.
