Galaxy NoteFirst of all check your unbilled transactions in your SBI Credit Card. It can be done via SBI Card website or app.
Just to be sure check last 2 month's statement and also current unbilled.
If by any chance you have already got it then better to check before escalating issue.
You need to contact SBI Credit Card Helpline for this cashback as it was their offer, Samsung will not be able to help you much.
Call SBI Credit Card helpline and tell them date of transaction, offer details and demand that you should get ₹ 5000 cashback now as you have fulfilled all conditions already.

Galaxy Noteif you calculate your bill then that Interest will not be added.
So in statement they show 3 entries.
1) Total EMI (Principal + Interest )
2) Interest
3) GST ( 18% of Interest)
But actually Interest is not counted again in actual Credit card bill amount as it is already taken in EMI amount.
You can cross check by calculating your Credit card bill statement, Due amount.
