Hello Guys,

I had bought A50s during first week of August and used it for about 3 weeks. I had got for ₹ 16713 from Reliance Digital in offer. For that price ,it still is fantastic phone.
But I gave it to my cousin and decided to order Note 10 Lite. I got great deal via SBI YONO + ₹ 5000 cashback via SBI Card. Effective price was ~ ₹ 29500.

Ordered via SBI YONO > Samsung Shop after lot's of hassle with multiple failures during order placement,  site giving strange error "You have already brought max. allowed quantity for this item." , slow robotic helpline of Samsung estore.
But it was worth all as I got it much cheaper Vs Open market rate.

Though ordering experience was painful, SAVEX delivered phone on promised date.
Packing was much better compared to what we see from Amazon, Flipkart.

I ordered 6GB Black colour variant as I find other 2 colours Aura Glow, Red too flashy.

In box come all necessary accessories which we see that Samsung is now skipping in more costlier models like S pen extra tips and remover tool.
Apart from this it comes with good quality headset, Type C to Type C cable, 25W Fast charger, okish quality transparent case.

Just did initial setup and samsung oneui has so many customisation options, apps that sometimes it seems too much for new user. But it's worth to spend time on initial setup to get everything right.

I have one question which Samsung helpline or chat couldn't give me satisfactory answer. Since I purchased this from SBI YONO Samsung Link, there was offer showing up as 1 year 3rd Party Accident & Liquid Damage Insurance worth ₹ 2999 Free. Though I hope I won't need to use it , I do not see any process , guide about how to register for that OR Should I expect some email from Samsung ?
If anyone who has bought via Corporate portal OR SBI YONO, please let me know.

That's all for now , I will keep posting in future based on my experience with Note 10 Lite.

Thanks !

Did you chase anyone for the cashback or just waited? Who should I contact? My bank or some agent? Did you check unbilled transactions from your credit card app ?

No bro, As I had told you earlier I was going to wait till December 15th. It's good that I got cashback without any follow up.
First of all check your unbilled transactions in your SBI Credit Card. It can be done via SBI Card website or app.
Just to be sure check last 2 month's statement and also current unbilled.
If by any chance you have already got it then better to check before escalating issue.
You need to contact SBI Credit Card Helpline for this cashback as it was their offer, Samsung will not be able to help you much.
Call SBI Credit Card helpline and tell them date of transaction, offer details and demand that you should get ₹ 5000 cashback now as you have fulfilled all conditions already.

hey brother. I also got the cashback. but, I just noticed that SBI has also charged interest on EMI along with 12000 installment taking the total to 37500 something while I purchased it for 36500. Did you also get interest on EMI

Good that you also got cashback.
No , I had opted for No Cost EMI of 3 months so no extra interest.
Check my complete calculation here.

I also opted for no cost EMI but the card's statement it shows EMI , then interest and then GST. How does it show in your credit card's statement ?

It shows like that only for me or anyone else also. That is normal.
if you calculate your bill then that Interest will not be added.
So in statement they show 3 entries.
1) Total EMI (Principal + Interest )
2) Interest
3) GST ( 18% of Interest)

But actually Interest is not counted again in actual Credit card bill amount as it is already taken in EMI amount.
You can cross check by calculating your Credit card bill statement, Due amount.

Actually SBI Credit card shows their EMI in such way. I was also surprised in my first statement but then I checked carefully.
HDFC Bank, Citibank, ICICI Bank doesn't show like this.
