When would samsung Galaxy note 20 Ultra 5G for the version snapdragon 865+, Taiwan (BRI) product will recieve the update UI 4 and Android 12 ??

I think you need to flash like a custom rom officially released by Samsung. You can download that online by giving asked credentials.
